Payam Mousavi is a physics graduate student at the University of British Columbia. He`s currently working on applying techniques common in experimental physics to develop novel tools for biologists. Away from academia, Payam is involved in mixed martial art which has been a great experience for the past couple of years. Also, playing squash, soccer, chess are other spare time activities which he has interested in.
